As a dedicated mental health counselor who values the power of relationships and collaboration, I assist individuals in embarking on a transformative journey to make sense of their life experiences and forge a purposeful and fulfilling path forward. I specialize in providing support to neurodivergent individuals and those within the LGBTQ+ community who seek assistance in processing and healing from past traumatic experiences.

A session with me might include the use of talk therapy, expressive art therapies, somatic therapies, resilience building, focusing, and mindfulness.

I do not see individuals as the problems that bring them to therapy; rather, I see them as whole people. I engage with clients through the use of humor, spontaneity, authenticity, and a holistic understanding of their experiences. Our journey is a collaborative one because, at its core, you are the foremost authority on your own life.
